Delivery date & time
Your order will be normally delivered to you in 7 to 11 business days, subject to change due to demands. Once the order had been placed & confirmed, we will contact you to arrange delivery date and time within 1-2 business day If you are not available on arranged delivery date and time, please kindly contact us.
Storage Fee
Under our company’s free furniture warehouse storage, we offer complimentary furniture warehouse storage service for up to 30 days once customer confirmed the order. Additional fee will be charged to the customer for over the designated complimentary period of delivery.
Customer is required to check the product quantity and condition after delivery company unpacks all the packaging. If customer rejects to unpack your purchased items, we reserve the right not to accept any claims on product damage, defects and quantity variance thereafter. Once your parcel has been signed for you will be responsible for any damage to or loss of your items.
Assembly service
Our assembly service does not include any wall mounting or renovation works. Ad hoc assembling service will not be provided if customer did not request when placing order. Should customer decided to have such service after arrival, customer should visit our shop and settle the related charges, and such service will be arranged on another agreed date.
