If you, as the original intellectual property creator, allow us to use your social media content (“User Content”) and provide a written response, you confirm that you understand, accept, and agree to the following Terms of Use applicable to access, Kraffes, its affiliates, Contractors, marketing or public relations agencies, and other affiliates (“Licensees”) make and use the Information without payment in money or any other form of consideration.
User Content shall be permitted to be used on all platforms operated by Kraffes and Licensee (collectively, the “Platforms”), including but not limited to web and social media pages, emails and advertisements, and any other marketing, promotional and advertising activities . Kraffes and the licensees have the right to use, display, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, combine with other material, alter and/or edit the User Content in any way without any obligation to you. Kraffes and Licensee reserve the right to monitor, change, edit or disable access to or remove any User Content from the Platform at any time without further explanation or notice.
You hereby grant Kraffes and licensees the right to use your username, image, your description or other identifying information (including without limitation your voice) in connection with any use of the User Content.
You hereby agree and represent and warrant that (i) you are solely responsible for and own your User Content, and (ii) you are not a minor.
You hereby release, release, indemnify, defend and agree to hold harmless Kraffes and Licensee, and anyone acting on their behalf, from any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages and/or expenses (including, without limitation, legal fees) arising out of arising from our use of User Content on the Platform or your breach of these Terms of Use.

All content, including but not limited to user content, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, event titles, and data compilations contained in or made available through our Platforms, is the property of Kraffes and/or or licensees, and are protected by copyright laws and treaties. All such rights are reserved by Kraffes and/or Licensee and/or its licensors.
